Shropshire

History

Shropshire has an importance that far outweighs its size.  Not only was it an important industrial area but it also figured in national history, for example as a base for King Arthur and both sides in the English Civil War.  This website will cover all historical periods in sufficient depth to give the reader a good background knowledge.
